Purpose of supply

Every substance listed on endopep.com is supplied as an analytical-grade reference standard for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified research personnel at a professional research institution. It is not supplied for any other purpose.

Not a medicinal product

None of the substances in the catalogue is a medicinal product within the meaning of Directive 2001/83/EC. They have not been evaluated or authorised for human or veterinary use by the European Medicines Agency, any national competent authority, or any other regulatory body. No therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic claim is made for any substance, and no such claim should be inferred from its presence on the catalogue, from its chemical characterisation, or from any literature reference.

Not for in-vivo use

The substances are not supplied for administration to humans or animals by any route, are not supplied for preparation of any formulation intended for human or veterinary administration, and are not supplied for food, cosmetic, dietary-supplement or personal use. Any such use is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy and terminates supply immediately.

Buyer responsibility

By purchasing any substance from endopep, the buyer represents and warrants that it is acquired solely for in-vitro research in a controlled laboratory environment, that the purchase and possession are lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction, and that the buyer accepts full responsibility for use of the substance in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Documentation

A Safety Data Sheet compiled under REACH Annex II is available for each substance. The buyer is responsible for reading and following the Safety Data Sheet before handling any substance.
